The Oxford dictionary describes the adjective of mothering as, “relating to or characteristic of a mother, especially in being caring, protective, and kind.” As you may understand, in our work we see people playing the role of a mother is a variety of ways. There is so much caring, protection and kindness given by so many to our terminally ill patients. The children caring for parents, spouses mothering each other, family, friends and parents. We would love your help in paying tribute to this special role for Mother’s Day in 2023.
We have received a generous donation of balloons, and would love your support in getting them into the hands of mother’s around eThekwini for Mother’s Day on the 14th May 2023. We will be approaching schools, businesses and places of worship. You can leverage your network and influence in assisting us in opening doors to your various channels.
Will you help us in benefiting so many people? Mother’s, children, our patients, their families, our staff and more can all smile with the sale of a R10 balloon. Please contact the fundraising team to discuss how you can assist us.
