We need to adjust our constitution to keep current as times have changed. As such, the constitution is proposed for amendment in order to:

• Introduce good-governance mechanisms;
• Remove unnecessary and outdated restrictions;
• Update procedures to allow for electronic communications and meetings; and
• Include mandatory SARS and NPO requirements.
